I specialize in helping clients work through life transitions. I work with adults who are looking to find their place in the world. When futures get disrupted and life is turned upside down, I can help you manage feelings of frustration, loss, and anxiety and figure out how you want to get back on track. I place an emphasis on the life transitions experienced throughout the life span that tend to cause stress, anxiety, or depression. I have experience treating depression, bipolar disorder, and general anxiety, as well as helping clients address past trauma, including hidden losses that may have affected you more than you realize. Additionally, I work with clients on relationship issues including conflict, lack of fulfillment, and codependency.
