Intro

I am no longer accepting the things I cannot change. I am changing the things I cannot accept.

I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship where you feel seen, heard, and valued for who you are. My approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own life, and I’m here to support and guide you through challenges, help you tap into your strengths, and foster growth at your own pace. About Me

I am an enthusiastic therapist with a passion for helping others. I started my journey in human services at Stony Brook University, where I earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Sociology. While in undergrad, I was offered a position as a direct care person in a group home supporting adults with developmental and psychiatric diagnoses. It was at this job that I cultivated my passion for helping, and during the years following graduation, throughout a few different positions for a few different agencies, I decided to go back to school to pursue a career in Social Work. I went on to graduate from Fordham University’s Graduate School of Social Service.

By the time I graduated from Fordham University as a Master of Social Work, I had just shy of 10 years of experience in different capacities, providing individualized care to people of all ages, backgrounds, upbringings, socioeconomic status’, orientations, etc. which has shaped me as a therapist. I continue to work with diverse populations while maintaining an open, judgement free, safe space for anyone that steps in through the office doors, or logs on for a virtual visit. As an open and proud gay man, I want to provide a welcoming space for all, extending my services to all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as all Poly and ENM folx seeking individual, partner(s), and/or family counseling services.

I invite you to give back to yourself, take care of your mind, show yourself some love. I look forward to meeting with you.
